Jess,

I have a little booklet I like to refer to when I need a pick-me-up. In reading it this morning, I thought of you. Here is what I read,..

One stumbles across life’s most profound lessons in the most unexpected places or events. (thank-you for all you have taught me)

There are moments in life when we truly sense God’s presence. (when I see you)

The little things? The little moments? They aren’t little. (a smile from you radiates a whole room)

Someone once noted that one draft horse can move two tons of weight. However, two draft horses in harness, working together, can move twenty-three tons of weight. (you and your Mom,. Your Family)

In order to be a realist you must believe in miracles. (I witnessed a miracle)

When hands reach out in friendship, hearts are touched with joy. (you just have to read your website to read about friendship and joy)

A friend is a rare book of which but one copy is made. (your Mom to me)

Nothing is worth more than this day.

Life if short, and we must all try to be good to one another.

Thinking of you today and everyday!. Love, Sandi

Hey Jess,
That is so awesome that you walked all the way around the whole block with only your walking stick for help.
See, all your hard work and effort does pay off. Go Girl.
Love You !!! Grandma
